Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som supporttekniker har du en viktig och betydelsefull roll på företaget, då du hjälper våra kunder med dagliga frågor och funderingar gällande deras tjänst. Typiska supportärende kan handla om allt ifrån enkla inställningar till mer avancerade tekniska bitar. Kommunikationen sker via telefon, e-post och chatt. Stor tid kan således spenderas i telefon.

Supporten är ansiktet utåt i företaget och därför är det viktigt att under alla omständigheter ha ett professionellt bemötande och trevlig ton gentemot våra kunder och deras ärenden. Målet är att ständigt utvecklas och vi välkomnar alltid egna initiativ och idéer. Du kommer att ha stor möjlighet att påverka utvecklingen av supportavdelningen. Det finns stora möjligheter att växa inom företaget. Arbetstiderna varierar och kan komma att innefatta kvällstider och helgjobb. Då denna tjänst innefattar kvällar och helger så kommer du att jobba hemifrån en del. Detta innebär en hel del eget ansvar.
